She called back and determined it is the 
keyboard.  She would like a replacement - 
ergonomic one.  She is going to have the 
department put in a purchase request so she can 
get on right away.

She will leave her door open for somebody to come 
in and work with it.

She started up her computer it's not recognizing 
her keyboard. She unpluged it and pluged back in, 
turned off the computer and back on. The computer 
is functioning normally but acting as if their is 
no key board connected.
