ITC 001, the scanner hooked to Station #20 does 
not work.

Ran uninstall utility from Epson website,
reinstalled with the same error. Was able to
recreate this error on computer 21.

When he clicks on the scanner under Applications,
the icon pops up on the desktop for a minute or so
and then disappears.  

Scanner is W#20100056[Edit Inv]
