sync'd the password in gzrssou with the one in 
dba_users and ask Cindi to try again.  She 
emailed back that it works now.

Nope ¿ doesn¿t work.  Each time I click on the 
Banner icon, it asks me to change my password, 
which I already did.  And it still says the same 
thing even after I change my password.

Hope your doing well over there!

I was just checking in with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you (#42191) 
relating to Banner single-sign on an error 
message.  We were just checking in with you to 
see if this was resolved for you?  If not, just 
let us know and we'll keep looking in to it.

I am not able to sign into Banner through the WOU
Portal (single sign-in).

I can sign on to Banner from my desktop icon, but
if I try to sign on thru the WOU Portal icon, it
tells me I need to reset my password.  All of my
passwords are the same and I use the same one for
the Portal and Banner.  Banner is the only one in
the WOU Portal that gives me this error.

 

My computer # is 20091636[Edit Inv].

 

When Richard came over last week to help me
migrate to Google, he said a few other folks on
campus were having this same problem (ex: Darin
Silbernagel).
