She was able to go in and clear the history and
few other things and it was self-resolved.

Everytime she goes into her WOU portal it pops up 
saying that she hasn't activated her SMS 
account.  It gives her the option to stop seeing 
this but when she does it then asks for her 
personal information, DOB, etc.  She would like 
someone to help her get rid of this.

It tells her SMS account hasn't been activated 
when using the WOU Portal.
