Joshua Johnson	Apr 05, 2011 05:01 PM	the printer is flashing the load printer light but there is paper and there is not a jam in the printer. The printer will not print. she has restarted her computer and unplugged it all. This did not work at all. 88840 kykendak@wou.edu shc	Add Attachment
