Hi,

My MacBook Pro gives me a "NOT CHARGING" 
indicator when the power adaptor is plugged into 
the mac. Also, the power adaptor's light, which 
indicates that the laptop is charging or is 
charged, does not light up at all.

I have already reset the system management 
controller but to no avail. It would seem that 
this unit requires a new battery.

I use this laptop on a daily basis and consider 
its availability crucial. What kind of time-line 
am I looking at to get this remedied?
