Hello,

My name is Brandon Shaffer and I am graduate 
assistant for the College of Ed. I am required to 
use a program (Survey Monkey via the web) that 
requires Adobe flash for my job. Every time I go 
to install it for Firefox it states that I do not 
have administrative privileges. My office is Ed 
building 101 and my work station is the one with 
two monitors. Thanks.
