Work Performed
-	Observed that Firefox and Internet Explorer were
unable to make a connection to the internet.
-	Pinged google.com.
-	The computer successfully resolved the DNS name
and ping google.com.
-	Logged into the computer as the administrator.
-	Internet Explorer was working as expected.
-	Ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. 
-	Found two infections.
-	Removed the infections.
-	Also ran Windows Updates and updated all the
critical updates except for Office 2007 SP2,
updated java, Adobe Reader, and Flash.
-	Rebooted the computer.
-	Deb¿s account was still having the issue with
not being able to browse the internet.
-	Looked at the Browser settings and discovered
that the proxy settings were set to the localhost.
-	Removed proxy settings in both IE and Firefox.
-	Deb¿s browsers were now able to access the internet.


Current Status:
-	Deb¿s computer appears to be working as expected.

Anything web based getting an error message.  
Tried re-booting and that didn't help.  Tried IE 
and Firefox and both will not run.
