Went to Amber's office and she informed me that
she fixed the error. It appears that the PrintKey
application was set to "Auto save (timer)". She
disabled it and now the issue has gone away.

Amber used the print screen button on her computer
and now the program is popping up on its own when
she is working. She has restarted her computer and
it is still happening to her.
