updated Mark's real player and reinstalled Adobe
Flash player. It appears that the video is working
on his computer but one of the videos would not
connect. It may be that nothing is streaming or
that there are too many connections to the server.
He will let us know if he continues to have issues
in the future.

is having trouble with watching videos off of his
computer. He does not have windows media player so
he is not able to watch the video. He is able to
get audio but is but not able to see video.
