Helpdesk ---

Last night at calling session, one pc began
scrolling suspicious scans and really looking bad.

I had the student log-off. I logged in and it
appeared stable.
I logged-off; they logged-in and immediately the
malware took control.

They logged-out; and we logged them in on generic
student account, and appears to have been ok.
I need experienced help running tests to isolate
problem software and stabilize this pc.

Unfortunately this machine is different from the
rest in that room, because it has additional tools
like PL/Developer.

Student login with issues was smcintyre07

Thank you,
Scott
