Hi,

I've tried fixing this on my own, using System
Restore, but it's not working:  there's some kind
of malware on my system that's hiding most of my
programs and has removed most of the shortcuts on
my desktop.  Can't access C: drive.  If someone
could swing by asap, I'd appreciate it.  I suspect
it's not finding the system restore files, because
when I click "Next" nothing happens.
