There was an issue with the extended monitor being detected, but 
there was no video signal to it (dvi). I switched it with another 
monitor of the same model without any issues.

Stephen called to say that he has two monitors 
and neither of them are working.  The one is 
W#20040277[Edit Inv] and not sure of the other WOU #.  He 
would like help asap.
