She has tried re-starting her machine 3 times and 
it didn't help fix the problem at all.

Not letting her print from Wolf Web.  Did a test 
in Word and that worked okay. But won't work in 
Bi-Query (data warehouse).  Seems to be a pop 
blocker issue maybe.  Just started happening.
