Error code was for the RAM. I took them out and
swaped places and it started back up. Told them if
it happens again it will need to be Warrantied

The laptop is W#20091627[Edit Inv].  It will be plugged in
charging, but there are 3 lights that are shaped
like padlocks and upon hitting the power button it
sounds like it is going to fire up but then 2 of
the 3 lights start blinking.
