I am researching what the problem is. It keeps
repeating old lines down the page. Possibly a bad
toner or needs a new fuser sleeve.

Hi again, the printer still is putting toner
splotches on the paper. Maybe it just needs a good
cleaning.....?

I gave her the new cartridge and she will let us
know if it helps, or if a tech should go and fix
the printer.

Let's try a new toner cartridge, sometimes the 
new ones can be bad.  If that doesn't fix it then 
we will have a tech check it out.
