Hi Teresa!

I'm guessing that Adam must be super swamped with 
a project as I haven't heard back from him on the 
request below, and the folks effected still 
aren't able to print anywhere.  Could you just 
put this request into the UCS que so it doesn't 
get lost, or maybe someone else can get to it?

Happy Monday Adam,

I had a message from Sarah Beaird that she still 
cannot print to the ED 166 Printer.  Could you 
please take care of that as soon as possible, and 
check with her directly to insure that it works?

Hey Adam, 

Please add Sarah Beaird to the approved users 
list (beairds) for Printer #1.  Also, Brandon 
Shaffer (bshaffer05) says he cannot print to that 
printer anymore - could it be that the computer 
he uses in ED 101 has lost it's networking to 
that printer?
