Judy,

If you right click on the My Documents folder and
select properties, what does it say?

If it is just H: without a \ please add the \ and
click OK or apply.  You can safely ignore any error.

If it says something else, change it to H:\ and be
sure to click NO when asked to Move.

This is very strange.  If she deletes a file from
her office, she can re-upload it and it's fine
from then on.  But until that point, she can't
even open it for reading.  However it is still
visible on the web.  Also, files created before
January 2011 and since March are just fine; it is
only files in that window which are acting up.

Via Unix, all her permissions look normal, and I
even reset them all just in case; no change.

This will take some research.  However, she does
have a workaround, so she is content for now.

Changed to lower priority but still issue of 
access to files on her personal website.  She 
just needs to access her own website.  She can 
from home but not from campus.

a script that resets the file permissions to their
correct settings against your h and p drives.

She doesnt have problems doing this from her home
computer, and she would like to find out how she
can do this now from her work computer.

She is trying to update her website and she is
trying to update the schedule. It is telling her
she needs administrator access, access is denied.
The file she is trying to open is an HTM file
called 319 schedule, it is an HTML document.

She needs this fixed and updated asap! its for a
midterm review.

she is on her office computer 20090994[Edit Inv]. Contact at
88799 and leave a message if there is no answer.
