The printer was stalled. OUS restarted it. He
printed out a test page and it worked fine.

He is able to print normal documents without any
problems to the printer (W#20081179- Xerox Phaser)
but when he tries to print something off of Banner
it won't print.  It doesn't generate an error
message or anything, nothing happens.  He can
select a different department printer and
successfully print from Banner.  This started
happening yesterday.
