Changed monitor cables and this fixed the flashing.

This is station # Ref33.  The monitor has an error
message that says "Input timing not supported
please change to 1680x1050@60hz."  When they try
to change the settings, the screen does not hold
long enough for them to do it, in other words, it
flashes and blinks and then goes blank so they
can't see what they are doing.  The monitor is
W#20100131[Edit Inv].
