She uses thunderbird on her computer to check 
email. She tried to move an email into a folder 
and now it will no longer let anything in or out 
of her email. It is acting like it is loading 
something but it has been doing that for 24 
hours. When she tried to open anything it comes 
up with an error box. 
She tried to shut down the computer and it did 
the same thing.
