Her computer will not allow her to log in. When 
she puts in her information is says that the 
domain control is down or unavailable. She did a 
restart and it still wouldn't allow her to access 
anything. 
It was cleaned earlier this week because it had a 
virus. It worked after it was cleaned but this 
morning it stopped.
