I changed some settings on the network card. It
was set to 10mb and full duplex which lead to very
slow speeds. After changing it to auto detect it
made the network connection faster.

- Network issues are still occurring for Marshall.
- Need to test the port with another system to
eliminate the computer or jack as the issue.

marshal changed out the network cable and changed
his network connection and installed the dell
drivers. The computer is still acting slow. He is
thinking that it is now the computer itself.

Marshal called and stated that the network speed
for his computer is slow and the it is taking a
long time for the WOU home page to open on his
computer. Marshal also stated that the computer
was working fine when it was in our office. This
is making him think that there is something going
on with his network connection in his office.

- Computer finished reimaging.
- Updated OS and software.
- Delivered computer back to Marshall's office.
- Downloading video software for the dual monitor
setup. The network is not working well, only
getting download rates of 32kps. It will take
about 30 min to finish downloading the driver package.

Called Marshall to see if today was a good time to
reimage his computer. He said that he would be out
of the office tomorrow so we could pick up his
computer tomorrow and reimage it then.
