Just a note - even though this is a 2004 machine, 
TRI computers are not covered by the GFA process 
by UCS.  TRI buys their own computer 
replacement.  We can only work on them but not 
replacement them unless purchased by TRI.

Yesterday her computer seems to have received 
some viruses.  She has tried restarting and 
nothing is helping.  It is showing lots of open 
window and lots of spyware windows.  List of 
infected virus.
