Teresa - I just had to turn the printer off and 
back on to get it to come out of sleep mode, but 
it did print, so it's still not quite right.  Uff.

I went and worked on the printer and I couldn't
seem to get the same problem.  I cold reset the
printer and reset some sleep settings.  Niki is
going to let me know if it happens again.

division office printer, I hope someone can check

They said it seems to still be a big problem.  I 
shared that I have it on highest priority and 
they said can you times that by 2!

Thanks Teresa,

It seems to be working right now.  It was 
terribly urgent, the printer for the division 
office, so I'm glad it's working for now.  I have 
no idea what was wrong, Steve had had trouble 
with it too, we both did for several days.  I 
hadn't called back because I wasn't sure it  
would continue working.

She called to see when this was going to be done.

Trouble getting printer to print. The printer will
not start all the way up. the printer is the main
printer for the office and she is not able to get
the printer to start up all of the way, the
printer has been acting up and when she goes to
print if she restarted the printer it would work.
now the printer will not start back up.
