I would have to delete existing student profiles
in order to place a shortcut for VW 2009 on the
dock, and it looks like those student and faculty
profiles have a lot of stuff saved locally.

Hi Lenore,
This is Todor with UCS emailing you about the
service request about Vectorworks 2009.
There are 2 versions of Vectorworks installed on
that particular machine (Vectorworks 11 and
Vectorworks 2009).
Both versions work, however only Vectorworks 11
has a shortcut on the dock.
To access Vectorworks 2009 you would need to lauch
it from the Applications folder.

questions.

The wrong version of vector works was installed
onto the computer. The vectorworks 2004 has been
installed and it was supposed to be 2009. The
students have not been able to do there homework.
