Robert Balsley	May 18, 2011 10:55 AM	- Attempted to install Illustrator CS5 on Michael's computer but I kept getting errors. - Installed from the server, copied the files from the server to the computer, and even got the media from Trica and attempted to install it from the DVD. No go. Attached is the error that was received. - Looked up some troubleshooting information on Adobe's website and followed some resolutions, namely reinstalling and updating Windows Installer. This did not resolve the issue. - Further troubleshooting needs to be done.	Add Attachment
