The sata cables did not get plugged in to the
computer. After plugging in the cables it worked.

duplicator software, and she needs it working asap.

controller and the software for the cd duplicator.

Deborah called and asked if she could have the 
computer at 1:30 today.  She said she needs to 
make duplicated copies and this pc is the one 
that use for this that is connected to the 
duplicator.

Please see to it that this system gets Sophos
updated on it, as 9.7 detects this as a FakeAV
variant.

Removed the Fake Anti-virus from the computer.
Attempted to run Malwarebytes on the system but it
wouldn't let me update it. Captured a copy of the
virus and placed it on the
\\installs\installs$\sophos\virus specimen\ (or
something spelled similarly).

Reimaged the system.

The system needs to have Photoshop CS2 installed
on it as well as the software to run the CD
Printer. Computer is in the UCS tech area with a
copy of the ticket on it.
