Nick is not able to access his computer. He was
able to log into the computer last friday. when he
goes to log into the computer the computer will
try and log in for about a minute and then it will
shake out the password and it will not log him
into the computer. He has restarted the computer
and that has not fixed the issue. He would like to
have someone come and take a look at the computer
for him.
