He would also like to make sure his android phone is synched up to the new email account so he can still access his email.	Add Attachment
Jackie Digmann	May 11, 2011 12:14 PM	He is using FF to view his email account (webmail). When he tries to change the font size, it doesn't change anything. The graphics on the webmail account are basically erroring completely.	Add Attachment
Karisa Mueller	May 09, 2011 02:23 PM	He is working in Webmail. He has his preferences set for the font to be 16 point. He was copying and pasting information from another source into the email and went to his Ctrl+U to underline it and it made the font really small. He manually changed the preference font back to 16 but it is still a small font. He signed out and back in and it is still a small font.	Add Attachment
