He would like a tech to contact him asap at 88341.
It is important because he is having great
difficulty reading and sending his emails.

He would be interested in having a tech help him
convert his webmail account over to the new gmail
account, but he doesn't want to try it himself. He
would also like to make sure his android phone is
synched up to the new email account so he can
still access his email.

He is using FF to view his email account
(webmail). When he tries to change the font size,
it doesn't change anything. The graphics on the
webmail account are basically erroring completely.

He is working in Webmail. He has his preferences
set for the font to be 16 point. He was copying
and pasting information from another source into
the email and went to his Ctrl+U to underline it
and it made the font really small. He manually
changed the preference font back to 16 but it is
still a small font. He signed out and back in and
it is still a small font.
