We were just emailing you regarding a service 
request that we have for you. (#42679)

The printer on the right in WUC lab is printing 
with gray tinting.

They would like someone to have a look at this
printer.  They looked inside and said it looked
clean, but the pages look like there is toner
smeared on them.
