Student doesn't work again until tonight, also
suggested she reset IE settings.  Nancy deleted
her profile, so perhaps that will solve the problem.

Do you have details of the error message?

If you are logged into that computer, right click
on My Computer, select properties, and click the
advanced tab, click settings on the User Profiles
section, and delete her profile.

If that doesn't solve the problem, let me know.

A specific parking program they use runs only
through IE, and once this student logs into the
computer using her own credentials she is unable
to open IE--she receives an error message.  This
student works after hours at the front desk
computer which is W#20090524[Edit Inv].
