Karisa Mueller	May 17, 2011 11:02 AM	She uses Mozilla Thunderbird for her email and previous to all of this when she typed in an email address she would only have to input a couple letters and it would be 'auto-saved' and pop up and she could click on it. It doesn't do that anymore and she is wondering if it is a simple settings change. She prefers you email her.	Add Attachment

She can't get her settings back to normal now because her settings don't match the other computers in the office that she tried to match. She tried to shut down and restart itself.
