I took the computer back to UCS. It is at the tech
area. It boots up but it doesn't load the OS.

monitor # 20040231[Edit Inv] Will not turn on. I have
checked, and all of the cords are connected. There
is not even a yellow light on the on button. The
computer is on. I did notice a piece of the cord
missing though: part of the screw to hold the cord
in place in the computer. The cord can still plug in.
