We have users that are on 3.5a using Windows
Terminal services, and they have requested an
upgrade to 4.

Are there any installation instructions for
upgrading this software?

student access v.4.0 is available to download.
Also, it might prompt you to enter our key, which

That is on a terminal server, and you cannot have
admin rights to it.

I cannot install that software while people are
using the system, so I have to schedule it,
usually very early in the morning or late at night.
