ipconfig shows UNix systems providing DNS
did nslookup bob and got 140.211.113.32
bob.mash.wou.edu

did nslookup bob.wou.edu and got non-authoritative
response with correct IP

same for bart

mapped printer using fqdn and banner printing
started working.

She called in again to say that she needed this
ticket to be reinstated as her problem with
printing hasn't been completely resolved.

She is still not able to print things from Banner,
but everything else is resolved.

- Debra demonstrated the error she was having with
printing.
- Print jobs were getting stuck in the queue. 
- Verified her printer settings. 
- Checked the configuration of the printer. No
issues reported.
- Contacted Adam who verified on the print server
that everything looked good.
- Adam came and did a cold boot on the printer,
refreshing the settings.
- The printer is now printing.

Debra is not able to print from SWAMP, the 
Physical Plant work order system and Mike Ross is 
out today.
