Returned the computer today. Still not sure
exactly what happened to it. Re-imaged, and
rebound it to the domain. Also ran all updates. If
something else comes up again this is hardware
related.

there are labs in the room all day but the tech
can disturb the lab if they need to

computer in NS 123 is in an infinite loop. The
computer will run for a few minutes and then it
goes back to its loop.
