They had reported little specs on the paper, which
may have been dust particles. I cleaned the inside
of the printer as thoroughly as I could, and ran a
cleaning page. It seems ok to me - I didn't see
any specs or smudges on the test pages I printed.

The printer is streaking and the printer is not
ready to have a new ink cartridge. She would like
to haves someone come and take a look at the printer.
