Cancelled old print jobs that were stuck in the
queue; however, there was one that wouldn't delete.

This is a hardware issue. The printer is making a
grinding noise every reboot, and leaves streaks on
test pages.

20090478- HL Ref- no error message but not
receiving any print jobs.  She has tried
unplugging the cable and power button and still
isn't working.
