I removed the rear cover and the fuser looks quite
wrinkled, and it seems like it will start peeling
any moment. I took the printer back to their
office, so they can use it, although the quality
will be getting worse.

I did a half test: toner is fine, the problem is
with the fuser - it may need to be replaced if it
has started flaking. I'll take it in tomorrow and
examine it more closely
