Frank is using IE to open up his web mail and it 
keeps saying connecting but then it will say that 
for 15 minutes and still not connect.  He has 
tried closing and re-opening the program 3 times 
and he has also re-started his machine 2 times 
and nothing is helping.  Keeps saying trying to 
connect and never does.
