call back.

Nathan S replaced batteries, she will call
tomorrow if this does not resolve the problem,
suggested she turn the mouse off at night.

Every day when she turns on her computer it is 
showing an error messabe bout her blue tooth not 
being setup and problems with her wireless 
mouse.  I asked her if the batteries had recently 
been changed and she said yes, that doesn't seem 
to be the issue.  She can't get past this message 
and so has had to turn off her computer and isn't 
able to do anything until someone can help her.  
She works mornings only so would love help asap.
