Paula is not able to log on to her computer.   
Cathy from the Art Department called for Paula 
and Paula has class at 10:00 and needs to get 
into her computer asap but isn't able to.  I told 
Cathy that the tech's were not able to work on 
this right now but we would make it a high 
priority.  The computer # is 20100206[Edit Inv].  Cathy 
also said that this happened a week or to ago for 
her, the same exact problem and UCS helped with 
it then but I was not able to find a ticket 
regarding this so have created a new one.
