Left her a VM suggesting pressing F11 (if she is
in Full Screen mode), and if that doesn't work, I
asked when she is available for someone to assist her

She updated her firefox and now when she is 
online her URL bar does not show up in the 
browser box and the back and forth arrows don't 
work. It was working yesterday, she has 
restarted and it did the same thing.
