So the way I understand it is that we will 
deliver W#20100667[Edit Inv] to Diane.  We will make sure 
she has all the Adobe CS5 web suite and InDesign 
installed on the new MacBook Pro.  Then move the 
files from W#20070895[Edit Inv] from this computer to 
W#20100667[Edit Inv] and the prepare W#20070895[Edit Inv] for use on 
the projector cart for the Art Department (that 
used to be the Mac Mini (W#20050269)

Hi Teresa,


Yes, I would like to upgrade.
I have the Adobe CS5 web suite + InDesign on the 
old one - can that be installed on the MacBook 
Pro before we swap? It's one of those software 
packages we paid for to get ready for teaching 
with the new software this year.


The other computer I'm using is #20070895[Edit Inv], which 
was purchased with my division chair faculty 
development funds in anticipation of going on a 
WOU sponsored trip to China. I would like to move 
the files from this computer to the new one. I'd 
also like to hang onto this one to use on one of 
the projector carts we have in the art 
department . . . . that's the duty the Mac Mini 
is performing now. Once this laptop hits its 
limit it won't be replaceable, but I'd like for 
us to be able to use it until then.

There are several layers to this request.  One is 
that we need to replace W#20050269[Edit Inv] with a MacBook 
Pro W#20100667[Edit Inv] for Diane Tarter.  The other 
involves software and moving files from one 
computer to another.
