We have licensing for Windows 7 and an image.

Hi Dale.

This computer was supposed to have Windows 7 on it
(as is my macbook). Can we make that happen?

Also, she needs DBText for her librarian stuff. I
think TRI owns that (maybe Randy K?). We need to
figure out how to get that added.

For people like Laura and me, a new computer
creates lots of challenges to get them configured
for the way we work, so the more that is taken
care of now, the less problems we will have later.
(e.g., Window 7 now, not later) Also, being in
Eugene makes it difficult for us to get challenges
resolved.

We appreciate the help you can give us with these.

Dale, 
There was no specific request for Windows 7 in the
pricing and order process...It has windows 7
license as all pc stations we buy right now do so
loading windows 7 is fine we just were not made
aware of it ahead of time.
