- Investigated the system and found that all the
files on the C:\ drive were hidden; this is
indicitive of a virus infection.
- Further analysis found that the computer had the
fake AV virus.
- Brought the system back to the UCS office to be
reimaged with a copy of the ticket on the computer.

Next Steps:
- Reimage the system.

Error Message: Critical error, damaged hard
drive,clusters found, restart recommended"

when she tries to restart, the same error message
occurs.
