I have emailed Jon Tucker for an update on 
whether they are ready for these stations.  We 
have moved them to the top shelf of the first 
Rack out in the ITC013 Hallway

cpus- W#20101038-20101043[Edit Inv] are stored in the 2nd
cabinet from left, the monitors are out in the fee
payment hallway  This is on hold until approx. Aug
15th or when Jon Tucker contacts me that
remodeling has finsihed

i Tricia,

Thanks for the e-mail.  These are not replacing
existing stations ¿ they are completely new.  Go
ahead and list me as the contact person.  Only one
of the names has been established at this point ¿
Nawwal Moustafa as Student Activities Board chair,
but that position changes year-to-year.  Her login
is nmoustafa08. 

 

We are remodeling this spring/summer and hope to
start in the next 10 days or so.  As such, we will
need them all delivered about August 15th or so. 
The schedule shifts a bit and we are in
transition.  The offices where these computers
will be haven¿t been built/remodeled yet, so it
doesn¿t make sense for us to hold them at this
point.  If it needs to get out of your area before
that, we could figure it out on our end.

Hello Jon,

I am needing to create service requests for our
techs to get the desktop stations ready to deliver
to you in the Werner University Center/Student
Leadership and Activities area.  I need some
additional info for the technicians. 
Are these replacing existing stations? if so what
are the wou#s, usernames of specific users, and/or
contact person?
 I can make them all under you as contact, but if
there is a specific user or users who need admin
rights on the station that would be helpful to the
technicians as they prepare to deploy the
stations.    Thank you for your help in collecting
this information.

This is the info I currently have:

WUC210 (3 for Student Activities Board) 
WUC210 (2 for student employee stations)
WUC210 (new 9 month professional staff member)
