Hi Kristina,

Thanks for the email back.  We will get going on 
your replacement computer.  As far as the 
cordless mouse, this isn't included in the 
replacement cost but one can get on ordered for 
you at: www.wou.edu/purchaserequest.   It does 
include a new wired mouse which we will leave 
with you.  Then once the order is placed then we 
will get a wireless one over to you asap.

Hi Teresa:

My WOU barcode reads #20070342[Edit Inv], which is 
different from the code you say your records 
indicate.

Should you replace the machine, I'd like another 
Dell desktop. And if possible, I'd like a 
cordless mouse. My keyboard is ok.

As long as the new machine has the same software 
that's on my machine now I will be happy.
