up again, saying the same error message about the 
laser out.  Would like help ASAP.  I told her 
that the ticket is on highest priority.

The printer though the breaker again.  I reset the
breaker and the computer cam back up online.

Getting a error saying laser unit fail and that it
needs to be restarted. they have restarted the
printer 3 time and it is still not working.
